Delete your account
You can delete your FlipTool account and its data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way is directly in FlipTool:
Open Settings
In the FlipTool app, go to the Settings tab.
Choose "Delete account"
Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
Confirm
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are permanently deleted.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it:
- Your account and login details
- Your inventory items, sales records, and saved photos
- Your goals, expenses, and scan/flip history
- Your preferences and analytics data
- Your credit balance and account records
One exception: a one-way hashed identifier for your device may be retained after deletion, solely to keep our free-credit abuse protections working. It cannot be linked to your identity and cannot be used to recover any deleted data.
Important — cancel your subscription separately: Deleting your FlipTool account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you must cancel through your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
